- Marketing, promotional, licensing, and merchandising rights

Marketing and Promotional Rights
Sponsors will have the rights to use the following Mondo Sports Group, and Biniam VanWynen Racing marks in their advertising, signage, POP/POS, digital, and social media, trade marketing collateral, and sales materials*:
- the image, logo, and styled number of the No. 26 mini-wedge car
- the image of the No. 26 mini-wedge team members and their uniforms
- the name, voice, image, likeness, biography, and signature of Biniam VanWynen
- the name, voice, image, likeness, biography, and signature of Mondo Sports Group founder, Jesse Johnson-Brower
- the Biniam VanWynen Racing, and Mondo Sports Group name and logo
Pass-Through Rights
Sponsors will have the opportunity to pass partnership rights and assets on the race car to additional key stakeholders
